Oatridge College Conference Guide
Oatridge works in partnership with Sodexho to provide you with a complete Conference and Hospitality experience.
Oatridge College offers high quality conferencing and events facilities in a rural setting, yet is easy to access just minutes from the main motorway, rail and air networks (see the location map). As such a unique venue, Oatridge is capable of hosting gatherings ranging from small group meetings and workshops through to large-scale corporate events and shows catering for many hundreds of guests. Ample parking is also available on campus.
On the College Campus, the Pentland Suite can accommodate up to 100 delegates, with break-out rooms adjacent. These new facilities feature the latest intergrated ICT equipment. The Arran Room can host up to 80 guests and includes the latest audio-visual and ICT aids. Sodexho's on-site catering team can meet any requirements for food and refreshments you may have.

As a key part of Oatridge College, the Scottish National Equestrian Centre majors on its ability to provide a first-rate venue for larger conferences and catered events accommodating many hundreds of guests. The two large indoor arenas which SNEC features means that this venue is also ideal for dinner dances, awards ceremonies, exhibitions and trade events. There is also plenty of open ground nearby for external displays and demonstration areas, with ample parking also available on-site.
