Guide to the Application Process
Stage 1
Complete the International Student Application form and return it by email to international@oatridge.ac.uk or use the on-line application form.
Stage 2
Oatridge College will acknowledge receipt of your application and you should send copies of your educational and language competence certificates (e.g. IELTS) via email (scanned copies), fax or post to our International Office.

Stage 3
Our course tutors and an international officer will consider your application and let you know by email and letter if your application has been successful.
At this stage you will only receive a conditional offer. The specific conditions you will have to meet will be stated in the email / letter. At this time you will also have to return the course acceptance form and payment of your deposit for tuition fees (currently £1500, this will be deducted from your total charges when you commence your studies). If you are unsuccessful in clearing UK entry requirements, your deposit will be refunded less 20% (£300).
Stage 4
You will be sent an unconditional offer letter and a receipt for your deposit. You will also be sent an Accommodation Application Form.
Now that you have got your confirmed place at Oatridge College you need to apply for your visa to study in the UK. You can find out more on www.ukvisas.gov.uk.
Stage 5
When you have received your visa, you should send us your accommodation application form. We will acknowledge receipt of your application.
Stage 6
Make your plans to travel to Oatridge as soon as possible. Ensure that you inform the International Office of your expected time of arrival at College. You will be directed to your accommodation. At this time you will be expected to pay the balance of your tuition fees and the balance of the accommodation costs for the year.
