OAT Creating a Wildlife Garden
Introduction
The course will introduce the concept of gardening for wildlife and explore how gardens, whether small or large, urban or rural can be managed to promote biodiversity. Planning spaces for wildlife will be explored and the importance of habitat diversity to encourage wildlife into the garden will be discussed. A rewiew of wildlife friendly plants will be made and some of the practical skills required to establish a wildlife garden can be learned trough undertaking project work.
