Introduction
This course will provide an introduction to woodlands in Scotland, explore some of the difficulties faced by woodlands and explore some of the ways in which woodlands can be better managed to enchance their biodiversity. Site visists and the possibility to take part in some woodland management projects will further develop an understanding of how changes can be made to support the woodland ecosystem.
